Delivery periods
The Atelier du Bosco dispatches the orders in the whole world, by conveyor. The delivery periods will be communicated to you at the time of acknowledgement of delivery of the order by our service “orders”. Email of confirmation is sent to you at the time of the forwarding of your order, with a “conveyor” reference number. The average time of delivery is 12 days for France, but it does not constitute a time of rigour and our responsibility could not be committed in the event of delay of delivery or out of stock condition.
Unicity
All our articles are uniques, no article can not be identical in only one same series.

Satisfied or refunded
If you are not satisfied with a product which you ordered, you can return it to us, following the instructions below, within 7 days, and we will refund you the entirety of the amount of the article.

Defective article
In the event of defective or damaged article, we commit ourselves to exchange it or be refunding it, provided it is returned to us in his packing of origin and accompanied by the corresponding invoice in the seven days following the reception of the parcel. Our Service Orders will carry out a checking and will determine sending of a new article in perfect state or refunding of this one. In the event of refunding, we guarantee that it is carried out within a time lower or equal to 30 days following the date of reception of the returned parcel.No sending in against-refunding will be accepted. Count a 10 days deadline wrought for the treatment of the returns by our Service Orders.

Incomplete or delayed delivery
If your order is not delivered at the appropriate time or if products are missing compared to the provided delivery order, contact the service "Commandes" by email with contact@atelierdubosco.com which will specify you if forwarding were indeed carried out or if the products are temporarily in out-of-stock condition. Make in the same way if the products that you received are not those until you wait. If 15 days after the indicative date of delivery, the ordered product was not delivered to you, for another cause that a case of absolute necessity, the sale could be cancelled on your demand for sending an email to contact@atelierdubosco.com. You will be able, in this case, to obtain the restitution of the sums paid for the order, other than any other allowance or damages. You will also have the possibility of accepting a new delivery period without it being able however to be required a handing-over of price or damages.
